Only transform_halogen, transform_nitrogen, and chemistry_ctl are called. Note that FastJX is not called, so only the upper levels have photolysis from the look-up table. There are no sources of sinks of NOy, but interconversions will still occur. Job xkqhe. Note: High NOy initial condition, even with 2xHNO3 (c.f. no UKCA routines run)
